Balasubramaniam is a humble taxi driver by profession, but rushes to
help families whose homes have been invaded by venomous snakes in
Mysore, southern India.
To date he has rescued over 40,000 since he started in 1980, snaring on average ten a day.
And
incredibly, the snake lover revealed he has only ever been bitten four
times - something he is thankful for because he has now been declared
ALLERGIC to the anti venom by doctors.
It means his next rescue could be his last - but Balasubramaniam isn't fazed.
